Nghi Son Petrochemical Complex

Joint Projects Nghi Son petrochemical complex invested by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) of 25.1%, the company Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI / KPE) 35.1%, Idemitsu Kosan Co., Japan (IKC) 35.1%, Mitsui Chemical Company of Japan (MCI) by 4.7%. Represented by the company Nghi Son Refinery Limited (NSRP).

Total investment: about $ 9 billion, $ 5 billion loan from JBIC, Kexim, NEXI and other banks.

Capacity of 10 million tons / year crude oil processing were imported from Kuwait.

Product: Gas LPG, petrol (RON 92, 95), Diesel (senior, usually), Kerosene / jet fuel, Polypropylene, Para-xylene, benzene and sulfur.

Factory Premises: 400ha onshore site clearance and leveling has been completed.

EPC Contractor: consortium of bidders by the company JGC Corporation (Japan) head and contractors: Chiyoda Corporation (Japan), GS Engineering & Construction Corporation (South Korea), SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. ( Korea), Technip France (France), and Technip Geoproduction (M) Sdn. Bhd (Malaysia).

Contractors initial dredging of marine projects: Consortium Contractor PTSC-PVC-Vinawaco.

Progress of Project: 01.27.2013 EPC Contracting; Implementation period 40 months the EPC contract; Date of implementation 07.22.2013 EPC contract month; It is expected that commercial operation: QIII / 2017.
